The joy of helping people into their dream home is one of the driving forces that led Cindy Leong to a career in real estate.

A true ‘people person’, Cindy is passionate about forming new connections and assisting people to realise their real estate dreams.
Cindy comes to real estate with an impressive array of skills including a Biomedical Science degree, entrepreneurship (she started her own successful business) and experience working in marketing and branding for global SMEs, delivering proven results. Combined with her strong communication skills, Cindy’s skillset has translated incredibly well to real estate giving an outlet for her strong attention to detail, analytical mind and fresh creative approach.
Meeting new people and developing strong networks is second nature to Cindy. She has an innate ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with everyone she meets. It is this that enables her to achieve the very best results for both vendors and purchasers.


Jonathan de Jong

Backed by some 30 years practical experience, Jonathan has a depth of knowledge and exceptional track record..
Enamoured with the fast-pace of the property sector, Jonathan has bought, sold and developed many properties of his own and his unique insight into the challenges that clients face ensures that taking the stress out of the sale process is always paramount for Jonathan and his team.
A practical leader with sharp instincts, strong negotiating skills and a wealth of local and market knowledge, Jonathan prides himself on delivering exceptional results. Living by the mantra ‘do it once, do it right,’ clients take confidence in his tight work ethic and thorough approach to each and every unique property transaction.


George Yeoman

National Auctioneer

The appointment of George Yeoman to the role of National Auctioneer is another visionary step for the Bayleys Executive. 
Identified as an early talent, at 20 years old George was recruited during his university studies in property.  He has since been trained extensively in auctioneering, being mentored by the award-winning Bayley’s auction team.
George is now shining in his own right and calling auctions full-time, holding his own against industry veterans.  He regularly conducts auctions for charity. 
George was acknowledged as a Rising Star at the 2019 REINZ auction championships dealing with the most complicated bidding sequences.  He conveys an approachable manner in the auction room to encourage buyers.  With subtlety and suspense, his bidding style encourages hearty competition to extract the highest value for vendors.
George has always enjoyed performing arts and public speaking and finds auctioneering to be the perfect repository for his combined skills.  His passion for his work is infectious.
